- The EP VDL 32 and EP VDL 46 grades are primarily designed for oil-flooded screw compressors and centrifugal compressors. In applications with very high compression pressures (around 1000 bar), such as multistage reciprocating compressors, higher viscosity grades can be used. However, it is crucial to follow the viscosity requirements specified by the compressor manufacturer.
