When I took over my father’s position as the CEO of Future Tech Lubricant in 2020, I had some real big shoes to fill but most of all I had to prove my own potential to make a change while respecting my father’s ideology. My father always told me that we all have a purpose in life and we follow our father’s ideology by contributing to the society and humanity.
With Future Tech lubricants, we all dreamt of a place where all our employees are treated as a family, giving them a professional environment and culture to prosper. Our customers come first; identifying their needs and wants is the driving force that pulls us towards our eagerness to deliver the highest level of service, quality and commitment. We have a clear vision of what we want to be – leaders in lubricant industry and we guide our business using seven core values –Excellence, cohesiveness, collaboration, commitment, respect, transparency and integrity. I’m proud of the work we do and give you my personal commitment that we will deliver what we promise and do it safely and sustainably. Ever since earning the authorization of distribution from Caltex Chevron Pakistan, we have worked day and night making sure that we never compromise on the integrity of our Principle Company by maintaining honesty, transparency, consistency and co-operation. I believe that our position as leading distributor of Chevron Pakistan Lubricants Private Limited has been the result of 18 years consistent efforts to bring innovation in our strategy and practices and to learn from our mistakes. I advise our youth especially our beloved employees to keep a faith in what you do and learn to be flexible in how you do it.

Ever since I took over as CCO in 2020, I was determined to continue to monitor corporate activities built on strict compliance. After completing 18 years in the market in 2020, we started to plan for next 18 years. My first duty as a COO of Future Tech Lubricants, was to develop a working criteria that would minimize the human effort for mundane jobs. We achieved that by introducing advanced software that managed the daily activity well giving our employees a room to be flexible with their job and giving them an opportunity to utilize their time formulating and implementing the strategy to improve their productivity. Our Decorum provides a guideline for the daily efforts of each employee working at Future Tech Lubricants. I am expecting all our employees to fully understand the contents of the decorum and implement that knowledge into daily business activities. As the economy, society, and natural environment all enter a period of great change, I myself would like to lead the way in making changes with a sense of urgency. So, let us strive together.

As someone who has seen what struggling looks like, I understand the cost of each minute spent working and value every little thing achieved meanwhile.
With a limited capital and great planning, we played the biggest gamble of our life by invading an industry that was already dominated and was not welcoming with the new comers. For several months, we compromised on the profitability of the company to develop a good name in the market. Gradually we were able to fulfill our core business functions all the while making steady progress toward financial structure reforms through the thorough implementation of proactive financial management from a forward- looking perspective. Our Consolidated Net Business Profits, which indicate the profits of our core business operations, started to perform strongly in the market increasing significantly year-on-year.
Today we have successfully reached to a position where the left side of the profitability equation is greater than the right. Though we still have a long way to go and we continue to monitor the progress behind the strengthening of our revenue base and the restructuring of our business portfolio by analyzing our Consolidated Net Business Profits divided into stable revenue and upside revenue.

In a fast moving world where a latest version of a gadget becomes outdated in just a span of few months, My vision as company’s CMO is to formulate such marketing techniques that has a longer effect in positioning our products. When I joined Future Tech Lubricants as CMO, the company was still in a development phase. Thorough market research, consistent efforts and service evaluation has helped us to create a good image of our company in the mind of our customers.
We as a team seek to utilize all the mediums of communications giving our brand a platform to grow and be available to our customers conveniently.
